Concrete mixing tank adopt auto-welding technology, all welding seams are checked by fault-indicator to make sure its welding quality.
Large rounded spinning head of concrete mixing tank, flawlessly mixing and no residual concrete
Optimized design of concrete mixing tank, improve loading ability, reasonable mixing arms and holes distribution can ensure mixing on average without separation.
Mixing blades adopt three-dimensional double helix mixing design, reducing remnant rate of 0.6%, better than international standard (international standard is 2%), ahead of industry standard (industry standard is      0.7%~1%)
The blades are made by punching machine, ensure the dimension is exactly correct, the blades has unique wear – resisting protection structure, improving blade service life 80%

Center of gravity is lower 5% than similar concrete mixing truck, safety factor higher 10%
Tank-frame adopt tri-coordinate lineation machine to manufacture, laser-checking ensure the precise locating

4. Simple operation and useful application

Feeding inlet with cone-hole make feeding faster, and reduce the impacting to mixing blades, discharging outlet with reasonable design to ensure the discharging continuously.
Operate-handle can control the concrete mixing tank rotating speed and direction, with reliable position-lock device.

The upper can match with different chassis of 2 or 3 axles
